I’m a coach and psychotherapist who works with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of what they’re carrying. My approach is calm, honest, and focused on helping you talk things through and understand what’s shaping your day to day life.
Before this work, I spent over 15 years in HR supporting people through stress, career pressures, relationship dynamics, and identity shifts. Those conversations showed me how closely our personal and professional lives overlap, and how powerful it is to have a space where you can say things you usually hold in.
I’m a CTA accredited Senior Certified Professional Coach and have a CPCAB accredited qualification in Therapeutic Counselling. I keep coaching and therapy distinct so you get the support that fits what you need, whether it’s clarity and direction or a space to explore deeper emotional patterns.
